Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on every order, with tracking from our door to yours.

We want getting your order to be the easy part. Here's exactly how shipping works at shopCASSUS.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not yet offer international shipping.

Processing time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

After processing, most orders arrive within 5–12 business days. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, weather, and your location.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all US orders. The price you see is the price you pay — no shipping fees added at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address, but if you catch a mistake within 24 hours, contact us and we'll try to correct it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows your package as significantly delayed or lost in transit, don't worry — reach out and we'll investigate and make it right with a replacement or refund. See our Refund & Returns Policy.
