Refund & Returns Policy

All sales are final — but if anything is wrong with your order, we'll make it right.

We keep our prices low by running a lean, efficient operation — and part of that means we don't accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. But we never leave a customer stuck. If something is wrong with your order, we'll make it right. Here's how it works.

All sales are final

Because we ship directly and keep overhead low, all sales are final. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer want a product. Please review product details and your cart carefully before checking out — and reach out any time if you have a question before you buy.

If something is wrong, we fix it

We stand fully behind every product we sell. You're covered for a free replacement or a full refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged or defective
  • Is the wrong item from what you ordered
  • Never arrives (lost in transit)

How to file a claim

Contact us within 30 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for packages that never arrive) through our Contact page, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video, if the item arrived damaged or defective

We'll review your claim quickly — usually within 1–2 business days — and arrange a replacement or refund. You generally won't need to ship anything back.

Order cancellations

Need to cancel? If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
