Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States. We're not shipping internationally just yet — but we're working on it.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on every US order. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and most arrive within 5–12 business days of ordering. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link. You can follow your package from our warehouse to your door.
What is your return policy?
Because we run a lean operation to keep prices low, all sales are final for change-of-mind orders. That said, we fully stand behind every product — if your item arrives damaged, defective, or never shows up, we'll make it right with a free replacement or full refund. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and more, securely processed through Stripe.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. Payments are handled by Stripe over an encrypted, PCI-compliant connection. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us within 24 hours of ordering and it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Reach out through our Contact page right away.
